吹气净化非铁合金液对夹杂的影响及工艺改进

【摘要】 本文针对高锰铝青铜包内吹氮精炼工艺,在实验室条件下得出了铝合金和高锰铝 青铜液吹惰性气体过程中夹杂含量的变化规律。试验对比了几种净化工艺的脱气除渣 效率,得出了净化效果良好的动态真空精炼工艺。采用Br-甲醇法能够测定铸造铝 合金(Al-Si合金除外)和铸造铝青铜合金液中的夹杂含量。

【Abstract】 Being aimed at the nitrogen gas purging refining technique for high- manganese aluminum bronze melts in ladle, the law of variation in non- metallic inclusions content in aluminum alloy and aluminum bronze melts (with and without covering flux on the melt) during inert gas purging under laboratory conditions is discussed in this paper. Efficiency of degassing and slag-removing for several refining techniques was compared through expe- riments and a kind of well purgative and effective dynamic vacuum refining technique is established. The content of non-metallic inclusions in casting aluminum alloy (except in Al-Si alloy) and aluminum bronze melts can be determined by applying Bromine-Menthol solution method.
