用振动消除金属构件残余应力的原理和应用

【摘要】 本文通过实验证明了用振动方法可以消除或均化金属构件中的残余应力,并给出 了在残余应力被消除或均化过程,构件动态参数的变化规律,提出了用动态参数的变 化做为“振动处理”工艺的监测标准,并给出了确定激振参数的基本原则。

【Abstract】 It is proved by experiments that the residual stresses in machine parts can be reduced or eliminated by means of vibration and the variation rules of dynamic parameters of machine parts during the eliminating processe are given in this paper. Thereby, the effects of vibration treatments can b inspected by the variation of these parameters. Finally, the principles for selecting the exciting parameters and inspecting darameters are also presented.
