铸造合金冷裂形成机理及塑弹转变特性的研究
A Research on the Mechanism of Forming Cold Cracking in Casting Alloys and Its Characteristios of Plasticity-Elasticity Transformation
【摘要】 生产实际表明:冷裂和热裂一样,对铸件产品质量和生产成本影响极大。为此本 文叙述了使用较先进的测试仪器,从合金性质等诸因素出发,对铝铜合金进行凝固收缩 应力的测试,分析研究其冷裂规律;并通过对其凝固收缩应力的建立和发展的分析, 提出了考查合金冷裂倾向的重要参数。σk/σb,对其冷裂形成机理进行初步探讨;同 时对铸造铝青铜,铸造铝硅合金、铝铜合金等进行测试,分析其塑弹转变过程,从而 对不同合金的塑弹转变特性进行了一定的研究。
【Abstract】 Based on the factors such as the property of alloy we have measured the solidification contraction stress in the alluminum-copper alloys by means of an advanced tester, and we also have analyzed the regularity of its cold cracking. Ay analy sing the establishment contraction stress we have offered an important parameter, σk/σb, for examining the tendency of cold cracking. Furthemore we have initially studied the mechanism of forming cold cracking, and at the same time we have tested aluminum-bronze casting alloys, aluminum-silicon casting alloys and aluminum-copper casting alloys, etc. Finally we have analyzed their plasticity-elasticity transformation proces- ses, and in this way we can make a further research on the characteristics of plasticity-elasticity tranormation for various alloys.
