机织物内纱线的直径系数及其测定方法
DIAMETER COEFFICIENT OF YARN IN CLOTH AND ITS DETERMINATION
【摘要】 经、纬纱线在织物内不同屈曲程度的配合,将使织物呈现不同的几何结构相和具有不同的物理机械性能;而织物经、纬纱线的屈曲波高及经、纬密度的合理配合,是由经、纬纱线的直径决定的。在当前纤维品种和纱线结构日益丰富的时代,研究织物内纱线的直径系数,显然是十分重要的。本文提出:1. 纱线的自由态直径系数和织物内纱线直径系数宜给以区别的观点;2. 织物内纱线直径系数的测定方法。
【Abstract】 Coordination of warp and weft threads in cloth with different degrees of wavinessresults in different structural phases,and,therefore,different physico-mechanical proper-ties of the cloth.Rational coordination of waviness and density of warp and weft threadsis in turn determined by their diameters.The ever-growing variations of fibres and struc-tures of yarns have necessitated a method to determine the diameter coefficient of yarnin cloth.The author in this paper have proposed;1. there exists a difference between the diameter coefficient of free state yarns andthat of yarns in cloth,2. a correct method to determine the diameter coefficient of yarn in cloth.
