【摘要】 本文在文献〔1〕的基础上,进一步阐明了模糊烈度的概念。对近年来强烈地震的大量调查资料作了详细分析,提出了以震害指数的模糊集表征的模糊烈度。比较了用模糊集的凸组合、α-截集和区间数运算、模糊数语言概率的均值三种方法对烈度评定的影响。最后指出了模糊烈度在震害预测、历史地震资料整理等方面的实用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new concept about earthquake intensity, the fuzzy intensity, is proposed. Because the concept about building damage degree, and sometimes used linguistic quantity of buildings suffering various degree of damage are fuzzy, the evaluation of earthquake intensity contains lots of fuzziness. As a result, the earthquake intensity should be defined by fuzzy subsets .Here the fuzzy subsets of damage indices are suggested as the definition of fuzzy earthquake intensity. The analysis of a great number of field investigation materials leads to such a suggestion about Ⅵ -Ⅺ degrees on our earthquake intensityscale. To evaluate the intensity,we propose three methods--the convexcombination of fuzzy sets, the a-cuts and operations of interval numbers, calculation of mean value of fuzzy numbers with linguistic probability.
