落叶松褐锈病的研究
STUDY ON THE LARCH BROWN RUST CAUSED BY TRIPHRAGMIOPSIS LARICINUM (CHOU) TAI
【摘要】 <正> 落叶松褐锈病,是由落叶松拟三孢锈菌[Triphragmiopsis laricinum(Chou)Tai]引起的叶部传染病。自1951年9月周以良于吉林省安图县发现本菌以来,三十年间已扩大蔓延到辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省广大地区的苗圃和人工林中,给生产上造成了严重损失。1980年至1982年间,笔者在黑龙江省亚布力林业局石头河子一带对该病害进行了初步系统的研究。
【Abstract】 The larch brown rust caused by Triphragmiopsis laricinum (Chou) Tai is a serious leaf disease in the Northeast of China. The teliospores of pathogen can germinate from 5℃ to 25℃; the optimum of temperature is 19℃ and the optimum of humidity is 100%. They germinate better in shelter and in the dark than in direct light. Under the optimal conditions of temperature, humidity and light,the teliospores can germinate after 3 hours and produce basidiospores. At 20℃, the mature basidiospores begin to germinate after 6 hours. The temperature from 14℃ to 20℃ is suitable for urediospores to germinate, but the optimum is 18℃.At the beginning of August, 1980, we inoculated Larix gmelini, L. lettolepis, L. olgensis, L. principis-rupprechtii, L. sibirica with the urediospores of pathogen, all of them were affected by the pathogen.A parasitic fungus was isolated and identified as Cladosporium herbarum(Pers.)Link, from the teliospores of pathogen. It can check the germination of the teliospores and urediospores. Among the 11 fungicides which were selected to control the brown rust, Lime-sulphur, Ambam, thiram, etc. showed good results.
