热管换热器换热面积比的优化
OPTIMIZATION OF HEATING AREA RATIO IN HEAT PIPE EXCHANGER DESIGN
【摘要】 热管换热器是冷却段与加热段的面积或长度不相等的一种间接式换热器。为进行合理地设计热管换热器,应得出冷却段与加热段面积或长度的最佳比值。本文从换热的基础公式出发,得出外部热阻大于内部热阻的冷却段受热面与加热段受热面的最佳比,并在此基础上得出冷却段与加热段的最佳长度比。这些公式为合理地设计热管换热器提供了基础公式,并在实际的设计中得到了应用与验证。
【Abstract】 Heat pipe exchanger is an indirect exchanger in which neither the heating areas nor the pipe:lengths of evaporator section are equal to that of condenser section.In order to design reasonably a heat pipe exchanger,the optimization of the heating area ratio or length ratio of condenser section to evaporator section is regarded as of consequence.Proceeding from the principle of heat exchange,the present paper gives a derivation of optimal heating area ratio and also the length ratio,in which the exterior thermal resistance are greater than the interior thermal resistance.They are expressed as follows:where,respectively,Acou and Ahou are the heating areas of condenser and evaporator section,ae and aco the heat transfer coefficients of vaporization and condensation (W/m2h℃ or kcal/m2h℃),afc and afh the outer surface heat transfer coefficients of condenser and evaporator section,ψc and ψh,the ratios of heating area of finless pipe to that of fin pipe in condenser section and evaporator section,c and h the fouling coefficients of condenser and evaporator section (W/m2℃or kacl/m2℃),1c and 1h the pipe lengths of condenser and evaporator section (m),δ the wall thickness of heat pipe (m) and λthe conductivity of pipe wall.Expressions above have been used in practical design and verified.
