S15A钢的魏氏组织对机械性能的影响

【摘要】 本文对含有与不含有魏氏组织的S15A钢某些重要机械性能进行了测定和对比。结果表明,魏氏组织的存在有利于材料的机械性能。 含魏氏组织的S15A钢具有较好性能的原因可归结为:(1)产生魏氏组织的热处理条件使某种有害析出物难以形成,(2)先共析铁素体以魏氏组织存在等效于晶粒细化。

【Abstract】 Some important mechanical properties of the S15A steels with and without widmanstatten ferrite are determined and compared.The results show that the appearance of widmanstatten ferrite is rather advantageous than injurious to the mechanical properties in spite of the structure being produced on isothermal holding or continuous cooling.The better properties associated with the widmanstatten structure is attributed to two aspects:(1)The thermal condition for avoiding the appearance of widmanstatten is profitable for forming some precipitates which are injurious to the mechanical properties;(2)The fact that the proeutectoid ferrite exists as widmanstatten is equivalent to grain refinement.
