【摘要】 以玫瑰花环试验和酸性酯酶(ANAE)染色两种方法检测不同性别、年龄和品种猪只89头的T细胞百分率。结果证明,性别间无明显差异(P>0.05)。玫瑰花环试验法测定,T细胞百分率随年龄的增加而降低,但酯酶染色的结果无明显的年龄差异。不同品种间,民猪和哈白猪(反交一代)略高于其他组,但差异不显著,而E花环中的致密花环(Compact rosctte, CR)明显高于其他组,差异显著(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The percentage of T lymphocyte in 89 pigs with different sex、age and breed was determined by the methods of Rosette formation test and ANAE stain. It was found that there was no signifficant difference between the two sexes(P>0.05). The percentage of T cell by ER decreased along with the ages according to body weights, but there was no significant difference of ages with ANAE stain. As to the different breeds, the percentage of T cell of Min pigs (M×M) and Harbin white-Min pigs (H×M) with ER and ANAE stain was higher than that of other groups, but the difference was not significant, however, the compact Rosette (CR) of them was higher than that of other groups, the difference was extraordinarily significant (P<0.01).更多还原
