【摘要】 本文介绍了汽车万向节十字头分模模缎的实验与研究工作。着重阐述了十字头锻件在可分凹模中挤压成形时金属的流动规律;分析了模具形状、尺寸和其它工艺参数对缎件成形的影响;探求了挤压力及合模力的计算方法,并与实测数据作了对比。以期为进一步研究和推广这一先进工艺提供经验和科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article presents the experimenfal results of die-forging processes in separable dies for producing universal joint cross-spiders used in automobiles. The laws of metal flow during extruding processes of the cross-spiders in separable concave-dies are expounded, the effect of the shape, size and other technological parameters of the dies on forming parts is analyzed, and the method for calculating the extruding force and press-die-force is studied.Therefore, a scientific and experimental basis is provided for further studying and spreading this technology.更多还原
