自贡大山铺下沙溪庙组恐龙骨骼成分及显微组构的初步研究
PRIMARY STUDY OF COMPOSITION AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF THE DINOSAURIAN SKELETON IN LOWER SHAXIMIAO FORMATION(MIDDLE JURASSIC)AT DASHANPU,ZIGONG,SICHUAN PROVINCE
【摘要】 <正> 自贡大山铺下沙溪庙组恐龙动物群的研究中,沉积岩石学工作的主要任务是查明恐龙的埋藏环境,并试图探索该恐龙动物群的死亡原因。恐龙及其伴生动物群的物质成分和内部组构的研究是完成上述任务的重要途径之一。为此,我们第一步就选择了这个课题进行工作。
【Abstract】 It has been confirmed that the mineral composition of the osseous frame-work of dinosaurian bones are carbonate-fluor-apatite which determined bythin section, x-ray diffraction, and infrared spectrometry. The comparisonwith the composition and structure of skeleton of modern vertebrate showsthat the carbonate-fluor-apatite is not formed by phosphatization but is pri-mary. The medullary canal and Haversian canal are mainly filled with singlecrystal calcite, and the osseous framework consists of the parallel osseous la-minae of the apatite. It has been found by scanning electron microscope thatthe osseous laminae are composed of recurved scaly apatites in ultramicrosizewhich arranged in certain crientation with parallel each other and with someultramicropores. The content of arsenic in the skeleton of dinosaurs amountsto 100-160ppm, which indicates that the high mortality of dinosaurs may becaused by arsenic poisoning.
