【摘要】 本文系基础医学系77级学生科研小组于80年用课余及部分假期时间参加科研工作的总结。在教师的指导下,学生阅读有关文献,学习技术操作方法,收集材料,进行观察分析,并初步总结成文,从而得到了科研实践的初步锻炼。这种锻炼不仅取得了一定的科研成果,更使学生学习了有关科研方法,训练严密细致的科研作风,体会科研思维特点,从而提高他们的独立工作能力及增进对科研的兴趣。这对医学生的培养无疑是有益的。 由于学生课余时间有限,与科研工作具有连续性的特点存在一定矛盾。今后应创设条件,一方面鼓励学生积极参加科研工作;另一方面对学生从事科研的要求应灵活多样,如可以参加科研课题的全过程或某个阶段工作、甚或仅参加部分工作。这样既可使学生学得生动活泼,又会对学生的智力开发带来丰硕成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 After injection with latex or plastics, dissections or corrosions of the coronary vessels of 50 rabbits were carried out. The distribution of the arteries and veins of the left ventricle as well as their relationship were observed.Experimental myocardial infarction models were prepared by ligating the anterior descending braneh or the left ventricular branch of the coronary arteries in 20 rabbits. Electrocardiograms were performed before and after Ilgatlon, and anglograms were carried out after tha animals were sacrificed.更多还原
