泥炭腐植酸对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响
Effect of Humic Acid on the Castrointestinal Propulsive Motility in Mice
【摘要】 本实验观察了泥炭腐植酸对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响,结果如下: 1.腹腔注射腐植酸后,小肠内炭末胶液推进距离明显减少,表明腐植酸对胃肠道的推进运动有抑制作用,并有剂量依赖关系。腐植酸的阔剂量是0.5mg/kg,最大剂量是20mg/kg。 2.酚妥拉明(10mg/kg)能明显地减弱腐植酸的抑制作用,提示腐植酸对胃肠推进运动的影响是通过α-受体的活动实现的。 3.以最大剂量的腐植酸静脉、皮下注射或灌胃后,对胃肠推进运动无影响。
【Abstract】 Experiments were performed to investigate the effect of humic acid on the propulsive motility of gastrointestinal tract in mice. Results were as follows.1. The propulsive distance of charcoal meal was significantly reduced after injection of humic acid (i. p.). So the humie acid has inhibitory effect on the propulsive motility of gastrointestinal tract. The response was dose dependent. The threshold dose of humic acid was 0.5mg/kg and the maximal dose-20mg/kg.2. The inhibitory effect of humie acid was decreased markedly after pretreatment of phentolamine (10 mg/kg). This suggested that the effect of humic acid on gastrointestinal propulsive motility was performed by the activity of a-adrenoreceptors.3. The propulsive motility was not affected when the humic acid was given Intraveneously, subcutaneously or introduced into the stomach.
