高压液相色谱法测定血浆与脑匀浆中抗痫灵的浓度

【摘要】 建立高压液相色谱法定量测定人和大鼠血浆中抗痫量的含量。实验证明其线性关系良好,重现性可靠,萃取率为72.3~89.8%。故认为高压液相色谱法是一个选择性好,灵敏度高和稳定可靠的微量测定方法。 应用此法测定了大鼠口服抗痫灵400mg/Kg后血浆和脑匀浆中抗痫灵浓度,取得了较好的结果。 实验亦证明,在紫外324nm和200nm波长下,可以分别测定同一样品中抗痫灵、苯妥英和苯巴比妥的含量。

【Abstract】 A (?)gn perrormance (?)quld chromatography (HPLC) has been used for measuring the concentration of antiepilepsirine in human and animal plasma. The results have shown that the linear relationship is good and the recoveries of antiepilesirine are 72.3—89.8%. It is a sufficiently sensitive, selective and reliable micro-technique.we have also used this method for determining the coneen trations of antiepilepsirine, phenytoin and phenobarbital in the same sample at 324 nm and 200 nm respectively.
