痢特灵及其类似物对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响

【摘要】 本工作以炭末胶液在小鼠胃肠道中的推进距离占小肠全长的比值作为观察胃肠推进运动的指标,发现腹腔注射痢特灵对小鼠胃肠推进运动有明显的抑制作用,且存在量效关系。当腹腔注射痢特灵的剂量为100、200、400、800mg/ks时,可使炭末胶液推进距离由对照组的73.72±4.55%分别降至44.11±6.15%,36.90±3.19%,25.48±2.85%和19.46±2.12%。痢特灵的这一抑制作用,似与α-受体有关。 与痢特灵在结构上类似的呋喃坦啶、呋喃苯胺酸、呋喃甲醛、呋喃西林等药物,也有抑制小鼠胃肠推进的作用,说明呋喃类化合物均具有这种作用,这为选择抑制胃肠功能的药物,提供了一个新的线索。

【Abstract】 It has been reported that furaxon accelerated the healing of gastric ulcers in human beings and rats, and reduced acid secretion in rats. This study was designed to determine whether furaxon has any effect on gastrointestinal movements.The ratio of transit distance of charcoal meal to the whole length of small intestine was used as an index of gastrointestinal propulsion. It was found that furaxon injected i. p. had a significantly inhibitory effect on the gastrointestinal propulsion in a dose-dependent manner. Furaxon, in the dose of 100, 200, 400 and 800 mg/kg, reduced the ratio from 73.72±4.55% (control) to 44.11±6.15%, 36.90±3.19%, 25.48±2.85%, and 19.16±2.12% respectively This inhibitory effect appeared to be related to the activity of α-adrenoreceptorsFurantoin, furosemide, furfurol and furacin were found to have the same inhibitory effect on gastrointestinal transit. It is suggested from this fact that all furan compoundss possess this same effect.
