【摘要】 本文报告了54例次人体乳癌体外培养的结果,从1例髓样癌建立了长期细胞株。 29例组织块培养中,13例观察到上皮细胞晕生长。悬液细胞培养中,25例有6例生长上皮细胞晕,其中1例已在体外培养达17月,传至70余代,成功地建成细胞株。对该株细胞的某些生物学特性进行了观察,并对乳癌组织培养的方法学进行了讨论。提出“溢出细胞技术”值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 54 fresh human breast cancer specimens cultured in vitro were investigated. A long-term continuous cell line derived from a primary medullary carcinoma of the breast was established.Appearance of epithelial outgrowth from the tissue explants was noticed in 13 out of 29 cases. While in the suspension cell culture group, outgrowth was found in 6 out of 25 cases. In 1 of the 6, tumor cells which were harvested by "spelled cell technique" have been successfully maintained in vitro for 17 months and now are still in continuous culture. 70 passages were subcultured to date. A preliminary study on some of the characterizations of this line were carried out. Severeal aspects on the methods and strategies of tissue culture on breast cancer were discussed. The proposed "spelled cell technique" was especially emphasized.更多还原
