【摘要】 在放大镜下观察了115例成人脑的大脑前动脉和前交通动脉的形态、分布及其变异,并测量了它们的外径,为显微神经外科提供资料。 大脑前动脉A₁段的外径（左侧平均为2.70±0.54毫米,右侧为2.24±0.60毫米）和长度（左侧平均为12.99±2.41毫米,右侧为14.05±2.47毫米）。 大脑前动脉A₂段有10.43％发分支供应对侧大脑半球内侧面,其中8.69％是左侧分支到右侧。 前交通动脉位于视交叉前缘的后上方者占多数。前交通动脉的形态以单支型占优势（51.30％）、其他为双支型（19.13％）、三支型（1.73％）、“Y”型（13.04％）、网型（10.43％）、左、右大脑前动脉A₁段直接融合型（4.34％）。有2.6％存在第三大脑前动脉,分布到两侧大脑半球的傍中央小叶和楔前叶区域。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphology, distribution and vaiation of the anterior cerebral arteries and anterior communicating arteries in 115 Chinese adult brains were studied.The external diameters of A₁ segment of the anterior cerebral arteries were determined, with 2.70±0.54 mm for the left and 2.24±0.60 mm for the right. In 10.4% of the cases, the A₂ segment of anterior cerebral artery branches to opposite site.The majority of the anterior communicating artery were situated posterior and superior to the anterior margin of the optic chiasma. The prevailing pattern of the anterior communicating artery in single branched type（51.3%）, double branched type（19.1%）, triple branched type（1.7%）, "Y" type（13.0%）, net type（10.4%）, and the A₁ segment united with both anterior cerebral arteries（4.3％）.更多还原
