丹参对Ehrlich腹水癌细胞表面的作用——细胞电泳与定量电子显微镜研究

【摘要】 本文用细胞电泳和定量电子显微镜方法证明,丹参作用于Ehrich腹水癌细胞后,可使细胞表面发生广泛变化。这些变化包括:(1)细胞表面负电荷密度增加;(2)负电荷在微绒毛表面的选择性分布降低;(3)微绒毛所占表面积减少;(4)微绒毛极化现象增加。讨论了这些变化在丹参对肿瘤细胞作用中的可能意义。

【Abstract】 Using cell electrophoresis and quantitative electron microscopy it was found that extensive alterations on the Ehrlich ascites tumor cell surface could be elicited by Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, including:(1) Increase in the surface charge density; (2)Decrease in the preferential binding of cationic ferritin to the villous surface, indicating a possible redistribution of the surface charge; (3) Diminution in the villuos surface proportion and (4) A two fold increase in the number of cells with polarized localization of microvilli. The data were discussed in terms of the ability of this drug to stimulate the spreading and metastasis of tumor cell.
