【摘要】 <正> 小剂量电离辐射生物效应的资料是制订卫生防护标准的重要依据,尤其是人体资料更有意义。医用X线工作者辐射剂量与效应关系的研究是这方面工作的重要组成部分。长春市医用X线工作者的健康状况从未全面调查。为更好地保障人员健康,根据全国统一的要求和方法对长春市361名医用X线工作者、299名非接触射线的医务人员,做了辐射剂量估算、内科、眼科、皮肤科、口腔科检查,并对部分人员做了13项化验指标的观察。另外对1000例对象做了辐射流行病学(肿瘤和遗传效应)的调查。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study of hospital staff exposed to x-ray made in Changchun in 1981 is summarized in the present paper.The study included 361 hospital staff members exposed to x-fay and 299 hospital staff members not exposed to x-ray. Information was obtained on radiation dose, internal medical, ophthalmological, dermatological and stomatological examinations, and 13 kinds of laboratory tests. In the exposed group the accumulated dose was found to be 3.26rad and the yearly dose fate 0.25 rem, with no evidence indicating definite radiation injuries. But there was an increase in the incidence of neurasthenic syndrome and lymphocytic micronucleus value (in subjects≥5.0 rad)as well as chromosome aberration of lymphocytes. Another radiation epidemiology study on 1,000 subject’s(500 hospital radiation workers and 500 non-exposed workers) revealed an increased frequency of miscarriage and deformity in the exposed group.更多还原
