【摘要】 <正> 流行性腹泻又称急性病毒性胃肠炎,是在世界各地分布很广的一种传染病。可由多种病毒引起,但以轮状病毒与Norwalk类病毒为主要致病因子。近年来,该病在吉林省亦有发生,并已证实轮状病毒是造成婴幼儿秋季腹泻的主要病因,而成人流行性腹泻的病原,迄今尚未阐明。本文报告在吉林省暴发流行性腹泻患者的粪便中,发现一种引起该病流行的病毒颗粒,并定名为吉林(JL)因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 An epidemic diarrhea in adults occured in fulminant outbreak during the period between March and April this year at two cities of Jilin Province (Changchun and Siping). In the stools from the patients a kind of viral particle about 50 nm in diameter was found under electron microscope. It was detected in 16 out of 20 cases of the diarrhea. From the agglutination of the particle in the serum of convalescent patients we believe that it was responsible for the diarrhea and thus, named it Tilin agent (JL agent).
