【摘要】 <正> 胸腺是T淋巴细胞分化和功能上成熟的微环境。T淋巴细胞干细胞由骨髓进入胸腺后,在胸腺内发育和进一步分化,成为功能上不同的T细胞亚群,然后输入到外周淋巴器官(脾脏、淋巴结)和血液内。胸腺细胞在发育过程中,细胞表面抗原发生一系列的明显变化,待细胞分化成熟后,功能不同的细胞呈现不同的表面抗原。测定细胞表面抗原能够反映出细胞分化的不同阶段或细胞的不同功能亚群。小鼠的淋巴细胞干细胞在分化为胸腺细胞的开始阶段就获得了TL(T淋巴细胞表面抗原)、Thy-1(θ抗原)和Ly1,2,3表面抗原。随着进一步发育,胸腺细胞变为TL-,Thy抗原减少和H2抗原(组织相容性抗原)增加。同

【Abstract】 The thymus is a micro-environment for the multiplication and functional matu--ration of T lymphocytes. After entering the thymus the stem cells of T lymphocytes undergo a series of multiplication and differentiation to become subpopulations of T lymphocytes with different functions. Then they enter the peripheral lymph organs and the blood stream. During the process of T lymphocyte differentiation distinct changes take place in the surface antigen of the cells. After functional maturation T call subpopulations of different functions possess different membrane markers.Although intensive studies of T cell differentiation were made on its surface membranous markers by itnmunological methods, none of the current morphological staining methods could distinguish the thymus cells in different stages of differentiation. Now, we have established a fluorescent staining method and observed the fluorescent patterns of the suspensions of living thymus cells at different stages of differentiation and the changes of the thymus cells in heterogeneous flurescence after cortisone treatment. And it is considered to be a new method for thorough clarification of the differentiation of T cells.
