【Abstract】 For further observation of the action of PGE1 on eliminating CIC, we selected 48 patients with coronary heart disease whose CIC was positive by Clq binding test and polyethylene glycol precipitating method.In 10 cases of angina pectoris and 16 cases of myocardial infarction, PGE1 was given by intravenous drip,and subsequently CIC of all the patients became negative. However, in 10 cases of angina pectoris and 12 cases of myocardial infarction who were not treated with PGE1, their CIC remained positive. This demonstrated that PGE1 might have an effect on eliminating CIC. Furthermore, the detection of CIC was done every 5 days in 2 cases of angina pectoris and 3 cases of myocardial infarction without PGE1 treatment,showing that CIC could exist in the blood for 10 to 20 days or more.(p. 32)更多还原
