【摘要】 本文报告25例经病理证实的慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎,其中7例合并甲亢,2例合并甲状腺癌。作者认为Fisher的临床诊断标准,有实用价值。本病不宜手术治疗,以免发生甲状腺机能低下。但对怀疑为癌或存在甲亢者应作活检,如确诊为CLT合并甲亢,可行甲状腺次全切除术,但应适当多留甲状腺组织。确诊合并癌者,则行根治术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-five cases of pathological verified chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis are reported. In which 7 associated with hyperthyroidism and 2 with thyroid adenocarcinoma. The diagnostic criteria suggested by Fisher are practically useful. Surgical treatment is not indicated, otherwise, it will result in hypothyroidism. When malignancy is suspected or hyperthyroidism is present, biopsy should be performed. If chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis associated with hyperthyroidism is diagnosed, subtotal thyroidectomy may be done, and more thyroid tissues should be remained.In case of malignant tumor,radical surgery would be the treatment of choice.更多还原
