【摘要】 本文描述了骨内原发腺泡状肉瘤的病理形态及超微结构。并提出它与腺泡状软组织肉瘤形态一致,均以器官样结构、胞浆内抗淀粉酶的PAS阳性颗粒及特殊结晶为诊断根据。故统称为腺泡状肉瘤较腺泡状软组织肉瘤更为适当。并认为应将此肿瘤列入原发性骨肿瘤分类之中。对该瘤的组织发生等问题也进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article describes the pathomorphology and ultrastructure of primary intraosseous alveolar sarcoma, and points out that its morphology is inconformity with that of .alveolar soft-part sarcoma. Diagnostic criteria of both are as follows:1. They have a distinctly pseudo-alveolar or organoid pattern in arrangement.2. Considerable periodic acid-schiff positive granular being resistant to diastase is observed in the cytoplasm.3. Many tumor cells contain various number of intracytoplasmic specific crystalline inclusions.Therefore, it would be more appropriate to name these as"alveolar sarcoma" than "alveolar soft-part sarcoma", and alveolar sarcoma should be included into the category of primary bone tumors.
