【摘要】 本文报告心肌梗塞311例的临床分析。男性较女性明显多见。其中82%有心脑血管病及糖尿病史。梗塞前综合征、合并症及死亡率均以61岁以上者较多见。不典型的心肌梗塞28.2%在61岁以上组明显多见,其症状多为胸闷、呼吸困难、上腹堵闷、呕吐、大汗、休克及晕厥等。对发生不典型心肌梗塞的机制进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cases of myocardial infarction are analyzed clinically. According to our data, males were more than females. 82% of patients had history of cardiai cerebral vascular diseases and diabites mellitus. In patients over 61 years of age the incidence of preinfarction symptom, complications and mortality were much higher than those below 60 years. Atypical myocardial infarction comprises 28% of patients in our entire series. The atypical symptoms were: distress in the chest, dyspnea, upper abdominal discomfort, vomiting, profuse sweating, shock, syncope etc. The mechanism of atypical myocardial infarction are discussed.更多还原
