【摘要】 本文报道了一种以聚苯乙烯微量血凝板为固相载体的固相夹心酶免疫分析法以定量人甲胎蛋白(α-FP)。包被抗体最适浓度是5μg/ml,酶标抗体最适稀释度是1∶1,000,待测α-FP以血凝试验选择其稀释度。应用本法测定了97例正常人、49例原发性肝癌及其他患者血清(或羊水)α-FP的含量。对本法的优缺点进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enzyme immunoassay (EIA) employing a solid phase sandwich technique for the quantitative determination of human alphafetoprotein (aFP) is reported.The polystyrene micro-plates were used as a solid carrier. The optimum concentration of anti-body coated was 5μg/ml, the optimum dilution of enzyme-labelled anti-body was 1:1000 and the dilution of a-FP was selected with indirect counter hemagglutination test. a-FP in sera (or in amniotic fluid) of 97 normal adults, 49 cases of primary carcinoma of the liver and a number of patients with other diseases were determined by EIA.The advantages and shortcomings of this method are discussed.更多还原
