【摘要】 本文对健康各年龄组小儿血细胞的Pox、SB、AlP、AcP、NsE及PAS等六种组化染色结果进行了初步总结。结合文献对各种组化的结果作了简单的讨论。AlP结果与以往文献报告相一致。各年龄组的Pox与SB阳性率与积分值均较高,二者的结果相近似,故可用SB代替Pox。淋巴细胞NsE阳性表现形式有点块状和弥散状二型。中性粒细胞内的PAS阳性在儿童较成人为高,在淋巴细胞内较成人为低。AcP结果不稳定难以作出评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of several histo-cytochemical staining methods, including Peroxidase (Pox), Sudan Blank (SB), Alkaline Phosphatse (ALP), Acid Phosphatase (AcP), Nonspecific Esterase (NsE) and Periodic Acid Shiff (PAS) in blood cells of healthy children among different age are summarized and discussed.The result of AIP was accord with the other reports There were rather high positive rate and score of both Pox and SB in all age groups. The results were so similar that the Pox index could be replaced by the SB. The pattern of the positive reaction of NsE in lymphocytes could be classified into two types (e.g. “granulous” and “diffused”) in this experiment. The reaction of PAS in the neutrophils of children was higher than that of the adults. On the contrary, there was a higher reaction of PAS in lymphocytes of adults comppared with children. We can not evaluate the values of AcP, as the reaction was unstable.更多还原
