高强薄壁灰铁件孕育剂的研究——不同孕育剂对白口、麻口和过冷石墨的影响
Investigation of Inoculants for Thin-Wall High-Strength Grey Iron Castings
【摘要】 白口、麻口和 D、E 型过冷石墨经常出现在灰铁铸件中(特别是它的薄壁处和表面层),严重地降低了薄壁灰铁件的性能。因此,如何减少或消除它们在灰铁铸件中的存在,便成为生产薄壁灰铁铸件首先需要解决的问题。本研究通过正交试验和方差分析以及系列对比试验得知,稳定剂 FeCr、FeV 都有增加白口和过冷石墨,减少麻口的能力,试验用的孕育剂都有减少白口、麻口和过冷石墨的能力,但其大小各有不同,而且对各区的影响也不成比例减少。1~#Re减少白口的能力最强,BaSi 和 CaSi 次之,Si75最弱;但对减少麻口和过冷石墨的能力来说,BaSi、CaSi 和 Si75三者相近,1~#Re 最弱。采用1~#Re 与 BaSi、CaSi或 Si75等的复合孕育剂具有良好的同时减少白口、麻口和过冷石墨的孕育效果。复合孕育剂在 X4115缸盖生产中验证,收到了预期的良好效果。
【Abstract】 Chills,mottles and D,E type undercooled graphite are the most common defects of grey iron castings which would induce harmful effects to the pro- perties of the casting especially in case of thin-wall sections. By orthogonal experiments,rariance analysises and systimatic compara- tive tests,it was found that stabilizers such as FeCr and FeV would in- crease the forming of chilis and undercooled graphite and depress the forming of mottles.On the other hand,all inoculants tested would be in favour of de- pressing the forming of the said defects.The depressing effect was different for different inoculants and its impact on different regions was not in propor- tion,too. In depressing the chills,1~# Re ranked the first,BaSi and CaSi were the second.In depressing mottles and undereooled graphite,BaSi,CaSi and Si75 offered the same effectiveness,and 1~#Re was the least. A compound inoculant consisting of 1~#Re,BaSi,CaSi and/or FeSi75 would be the best one in reducing chills,mottles and undercooled graphite at the same time. It was proved to be true in the production of cylinder head for type X4115 engines.
