【Abstract】 This article introduces a resin series BZF, which will condense at normal temperature, for using in casting iron. This BZF series includes BZF-65, BZF-70, and BZF-75 classified according to their content of furfuryl. Systematic exploration has been made on the technological performance and influening factors of the BZF-65 resin; especially on sand quality, the temperature and humidity of the environment, and the effect of the solidifying agent and the added material on its technological performance.
