淬态非晶带晶化的观察

【Abstract】 In order to improve the magnetic properties of amorphous ribbons, heat treatment is often used. After that crystallization and magnetic properties are investigated. [1’2’3]In this paper seven iron and cobalt base as-cast amorphous ribbons are studied to determine whether there is crystallization. Using XRD and DTA methods, we proved the samples to be in the amorphous state. Then using electron microscope back scattering method, we found that crystallization had occurred in the sample surface. Further observation revealed that crystallization had also occured inside the samples. Using the heater of the electron microscope, we compared the crystallization in the as-cast amorphous ribbons to that in the heat treated ones.
