磁化水治疗尿石症原理的研究

【摘要】 1975年C.Y.C.Pak等提出用物理化学方法,通过测定患者尿中结石组分草酸钙的饱和度来评价一些药物是否能有效地防止尿路结石的形成和生长。本文利用上述原理和方法,对24例草酸钙尿路结石病人分别测定他们在服用磁化水~**前后尿中草酸钙的活度积比和生成积比,从而评价磁化水对草酸钙结石的临床疗效。实验结果,24例病人中13例在服用磁化水后起始活度积比稍有增加,生成积比有明显的增长,说明磁化水对这些病人可能有预防结石的形成和生长。

【Abstract】 Water passed through magnetic field, or magnetized water, which has been used in industry to prevent scale formation in boilers, can also prevent the formation of urinary calculus of rats in experiment. This shows the possibility of using magnetized water to prevent the formation of calcium oxalate calculus in kidney clinically.This work utilized the physico-chemical method of Pak et al by determining the degree of saturation of calcium oxalate component of calculus in urine to estimate whether some drugs can efficiently prevent the formation and growth of urinary calculus.Activity product ratio(APR) i.e. the ratio of activity product of urinary calculuscomponent in urine(AP)to that in saturation Ksp(APR=(AP/Kspf)) defined by Pak et al was used to denote the degree of saturation of urinary calculus component, so as to estimate the tendency of the formation of urinary calculus. APR = 1 represents the saturation line, above which APR>1 means supersaturation, below which APR<1 means unsaturation. Formation product ratio (FPR) represents the metastable limit, above which nuclei begin to form spontaneously. Increase of formation prouduct ratio (FPR) or decrease of initial activity product of the calculus component in the urine of patient after taking some drugs indicates the decrease of the probability of formation of urinary calculus. On the contrary, the decrease of formation product ratio or the increase of the initial activity product ratio indicates the increase of probability of formation of calculus.The above principle and methods were used in this work to determine separately the activity product ratio and the formation product ratio of calcium oxalate in urine of 24 patients, before and after they drunk the magnetized water so as to estimate the clinical efficiency of magnetized water in curing the calcium oxalate calculus. Experimental results showed that in 13 cases of patients the activity product ratio increases somewhat, while formation product ratio increases obviously, after they drunk the magnetized water. This shows that magnetized water could probably play a role in preventing the formation and growth of urinary calculus.
