大鲵胚胎发育的初步研究
PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON THE EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF MEGALOBATRACHUS DAVIDIANUS (BLANCHARD)
【摘要】 <正> 近年来,由于大鲵Megalobatrachus Davidianus(Blanchard)人工催产和人工授精获得成功,我们有机会对大鲵的胚胎发育进行初步的研究。对无尾两栖类的胚胎发育前人有过许多工作(王希成,1957;王应天,1958;Korschelt,1957;Holmes,1952;Noble,1931)。但对有尾目只在蝾螈科有过一些研究(蔡堡,1978),而隐鳃鲵科的胚胎发育未见有资料报道。大鲵是我国野生珍贵保护动物,有必要研究其胚胎发育的规律,为其繁殖、保护提供重要参考资料。
【Abstract】 Observations were made on the embryonic development of the Megalobatrachus davidianus (Blanchard), The diameter of the eggs measured about 1.6 to 1.7cm. The fertilized eggs developed normally and hatched in 907 hours at a temperature of 13.5-21℃. The 8-day-old larvae measured 3.3-3.7cm in length. The 28-day-old larvae measured 4.3 cm. in length. Based on morphological characteristics, the develor pmental process of the embryos may be divided into 17 stages: 1) fertilized-egg stage; 2) 2-celled stage; 3) 4-celled stage; 4) poly-celled stage; 5) blastula stage; 6) gastrula stage; 7) neural-plate stage; 8) neural-groove stage; 9) neural-tube stage; 10) tail-bud stage; 11) anterior gill-plate stage; 12) posterior gill-plate stage; 13) fore limb-bud stage; 14) external gill-circulation stage; 15) hindlimb-hud stage; 16) hatching stage; 17) postembryonic stage.
