【摘要】 本文报告了蚌埠地区4472人泌尿系统疾病患者患病率的调查结果.调查对象包括工人、郊区农民、知识分子、中小学生及幼儿园儿童,年龄1～78岁,男性2288人,女性2184人,总患病率为5.64%,其中尿路感染138人占54.8%,肾小球肾炎56人占22.2%.由于调查中女工比例较高,因此尿路感染患病率明显高于男性(P<0.01)为5.6:1;56例肾小球肾炎中以隐匿性肾炎为最多,占42.9%,次为慢性肾炎普通型,占37.5%.肾炎以11～20岁及31～50岁患病率最高,共40例占71.4%.更多还原

【Abstract】 This report deals with the urinary system prevalence in Bengbu districtof Anhui province. 4472 subjects ——the males 2288 and the females 2184to be investigated included workers, peasants, intellectuals, school pupils and young children. The ages are in the range of 1~78 years, and the total prevalance rate accounts for 5.64%. Among them are 54.8% of urinary infection and 22.2% of glomerulonephritis. As for the norbidity of urethra infection the women are far higher than the men, conriderirg higher percentage of female workers (P<0.01) , in ratio of 5.6 : 1. In 56 cases of glornerulonephritis most victims suffered from the latent glomerulonephritis (42.9% ) and there followed the cases of common chronic glornerulonephritis (37.5% ) . In the ranges of 11~20 and 31~50 years of age the constituent proportion of glornerulonephritis is highest and comprises 71.4% of the the total.更多还原
