【摘要】 华蟾素注射液(原称抗癌注射液),是蟾蜍全皮的水溶性成分为主的医用制剂.本文作如下研究:1.免疫作用:①本品对小鼠每天腹腔注射连续给药14天后,可导致白细胞总数升高(P<0.01),而T淋巴细胞百分比的升高则不显著(P>0.05).②本品可使小鼠的血清IgG测定值由9.44±1.25mg/ml((?)±SE)上升到11.38±0.41mg/ml,有显著意义(P<0.01).③对家兔连续给本品14天,可使其抗“H”凝集效价测定达到1:1280,证实可显著地提高体液免疫作用(P<0.01).2.合并用抗癌药时的影响:①给小鼠皮下注射本品20ml/kg,并分别合用CTX400mg/kg、5-FU500mg/kg、MC8mg/kg腹腔注射,均每天一次,连续5天,逐日计算其平均存活百分率,如此重复4次,结果均未见有意义的变化.②通过三种不同的组合方式,联合给于小鼠华蟾素注射液(5ml/kg)腹腔注射,和CTX(100mg/kg)皮下注射,然后分别测定其白细胞总数和T淋巴细胞百分比,半数溶血值(CH50)和血清IgG的变化,结果均提示本品对用CTX引起的免疫功能抑制有一定对抗性的影响.3.亚急性毒性试验:对大鼠采用本品两组剂量(20ml/kg,4ml/kg)腹腔注射,隔日一次给药,进行亚急性毒性观察.结果发现两组剂量均对大鼠体重增长产生抑制作用,应予以注意.更多还原

【Abstract】 Cinobufocini injection is a preparation containing water soluble components of the toad skin.1. Studies on immunity( 1 ) In mice, this prepartion administered by the dose of 0.1 ml/day ip. for 14 days raised the "total leucocytes cornt (P<0.01),but the increase of T cell% showed no statistic significance (P>0.05)( 2 ) Effects on serum IgG value of mice increased by 9.44±1.25 me/ml (X±SE) to 11.38±0.4lmg/ml ( X±SE ) (P<0.01).( 3 ) In rabbits, prolonged medication up to 14 days, anti-H agglutinable potency increased to 1 : 1280. It is suggested that the drugs have a marked effect of humoral immunity (P<0.01 ).2. To merge anti-cancer drugs.(1) The preparation was given to mice by the dose of 20mg/kg/day s.c.coneomitanlly, with CTX, 5-FU, MC at 400mg/kg/day, 500mg/kg/day, 8 mg/kg/day respectively i.p.for consecutive 5 days. Such experiments were made 4 times. All the survival rates revealed no marked difference.( 2 ) By three different combinations of toad skin preparation 5 ml/kg/day for i.p.and CTX, 100mg/Kg/day, s.c.to mice, the total counts of leucocyte, T cell%, CH 50 and IgG were analysed respectively. These results showed that the drugs had a slight antagonistc action to the immune depressive action of CTX.3. Subacute toxity tests.In rats, the Cinobufocini injection of two series of coses (20mg/kg, 4ml /kg ) was administered ip q.2d consecutively for 20~30 days.It shows that such doses can depress the growth of rat and that this preparation must be further improved pharmaceutically.更多还原
