【摘要】 1.本文对100例成人正常心脏的瓣间隔作了较为详细的观察和测量.2.瓣间隔是主动脉根部的一部分,位于主动脉的左半月瓣和后半月瓣的基底部与二尖瓣前叶基底部之间,通常为一个三角形的膜性结构.其高度平均为1.26±0.02cm,宽度平均为1.64±0.03cm.3.根据瓣间隔的形态及毗邻将其归纳为四型,对其成因作了初步探讨.并为临床作二尖瓣环环缩术及二尖瓣替换术等提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 1 ) In 100 specimens of the normal heart, observation and measurement of the intervalvar septum arc performed.2 ) The intervalvar septum lies betweeen the base of the anterior leaflet of the mitral valve and the base attachment of the left ami the posterior cusp of the aortic valve.3 ) The average height of the intervalvar seplum is 1.26 ± 0.02cm and the average width of the septum 1.64 ±0.03cm.4 ) The intervalvar septum of the normal heart may be classified into four types, among which Type A is found to be the most common ( 45 ±4.97% ). Type B, Type C, and Type D account for 29 ± 4. 54% , 19 ± 3.92% ,and 7 ± 2. 55% respectively.5 ) The topographic correlations of these types are discussed.更多还原
