【Abstract】 An epithelial cell line, designated as CNE-2, was established from biopsy of a poorly idiff-erentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma. A primary investigation on the diological characteristics and the relation to Epstein-Barr virus was performed. EBNA was detected in the cast-off cells from the tumor add cells of the third passage and in vitro, but disappeared after several passages. The detailed biological studies are being carried.更多还原
