【Abstract】 Small amounts of (8--~3H)--c--AMP or (8--~3H)--c--GMP was added as a substrate tohomogenates of mouse livers and hepatoma ascites cells (HAC). Then the activity ofphosphodiesterases was measured at intervals of 4 min. The results of our experimentsshowed that the c--AMP phosphodiesterases activity was almost the same in liver and HAC,while the c--GMP phosphodiesterases activity was markedly reduced in HAC. Probably,it is one of the factors which result in a marked increase of c--GMP content in hepatomacells.更多还原
