肝癌高发区人体摄入黄曲霉毒素B1转化为M1的观察

【Abstract】 The report concerned with observations on aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) metabolism by human subjects after eating contaminated corn in hyperendemic areas of liver carcinoma, thatwas linear relationship between the amount of aflatoxin M1(AFM1) in the urine and thedose of the AFB1 intake. It was estimated that in urine of 37 analytical periods of 24 hours and in single urine samples of 112 persons AFM1 in the urine was found to be 1.31~1.49% of the amount of AFB1 ingested. Except in one case, no uuchanged AFB1 wasdetected in urine. The amount of AFM1 in the urine of hepatifis B patients and HBsAgcarriers was 0.47% of that of the ingested AFB1 while in the urine of healthy subjects it represented 4.81%. It suggested that the lower rate of AFM1 excretion in hepatitis B patients and HBsAg carriers might be due to higher microsomal enzyme activity and changein the metabolic manner of AFB1.
