药用植物组织培养的研究——Ⅳ.三分三细胞悬浮培养中的激素调节

【摘要】 在三分三细胞悬浮培养中,单独使用激素时分别以0.1毫克/升的2,4-D和0.6毫克/升的萘乙酸效果较好,激动素、赤霉素和乙烯利的影响不大。2,4-D、萘乙酸和激动素的组合对悬浮细胞的生长最好。证明了2,4-D和萘乙酸对三分三悬浮细胞的生长有增效作用。在悬浮培养一周之后,添加 0.003毫克/升的激动素能显著地增加细胞中东莨菪碱的含量。三分三细胞悬浮培养比三分三愈伤组织团体静态培养,于重增加近六倍。

【Abstract】 Hormone regulation on cell suspension culture of Anisodus acutangulus was stu-died in order to find out in the growth. rate of the plant and its medicinal contentcould be enhanced. The results showed that, when used singly, both 2,4-D at 0. 1mg/l and NAA at 0.6 mg/l were satisfactory, while the effect of kinetin, gibberel-lin, and etherl was insignificant, but the combination of 2,4-D and NAA and kine-tin was found most effective in promoting the growth of the cells in suspension.The synergism of 2,4-D and NAA on the growth of these cells was proved. Asupplement of kinetin at 0.003 mg/l added to the one-week-old suspension culturecaused a notable increase in the scopolamine content. The increase in the dryweight of the callus cells in suspension culture of A. cutangulus was found to be ap-proximately six times the corresponding increase in solid static culture.
