棉花黄萎病菌生理型鉴定的初步研究

【摘要】棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)的10个菌系接种在属于三大棉种(海岛棉,陆地棉,中棉)的9个鉴别寄主上,按致病力强弱,初步分为3个生理型,印生理型1号——致病力最强的陕西省泾阳县菌系,对3大棉种都严重感染;生理型2号——致病力最弱的新疆和田、车排子菌系,对所有鉴别寄主感染很轻;生理型3号——致病力介于1、2号之间,其它6省8县的菌系属于此类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Differential hosts,included 9 cultivars belonging to 3 species ofGossypium (G.himsutum,G.barbadens,G.arboreum) were used foridentifying the physiological form of Verticillium dahliae Kleb.Ten iso-lates of cotton Verticillium wilt fungus collected from 8 provinces wereidentified and classified into three forms.Form Ⅰ was highly pathoge-nic to 3 species of Gossypium including mainly the "Jin Yang" strainsof Shanxi province Form Ⅱ was less pathogenic to all tested hosts.Th-is form included mainly the "He Tian" and "Che Pai Zi" strains ofthe Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region.The pathogenicity of formⅢ was between form Ⅰ and form Ⅱ.This form mainly included thestrains of 8 other counties of 6 provinces.更多还原
