聚甲基丙烯酸烷基磺酸酯的抗凝血性能及其膜的扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 报告了甲基丙烯酸己磺酸酯的合成实验步骤。经复钙时间及肝素耐量实验等证明,此聚合物有较好的抗凝血性能,且其抗凝血性和磺酸基与主链的距离有关,而与分子量(从1.3×10~5到14.9×10~5)的关系不大。聚甲基丙烯酸己磺酸钠可形成一定韧性的膜,用扫描电镜进行了观察。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACTThe experimental procedures of synthesis of a new hydrophilic monomer,sodium sulfohexyl methacrylate were reported. From recalcification timeand heparin-retarded blood coagulation time tests, the high anticoagulantactivity of polysulfohexyl methacrylate salt was ascertained. It seemedthat the longer n-hexyl chain probably contributed to its higher activityregardless of the molecular weights ( from 1.24x105 to 14.9x105). Poly-sulfohexyl methacrylate salt could form film with certain flexibility. Thecross section of the polymer membrane coated around the spheric activa-ted carbon was made observable under scanning electronic microscope andthe actual thickness of the membrane observed deviated considerably fromthe calculated values. Besides, the membrane showed a laminar structure.
