应用酯酶同工酶测定杂交水稻杂种纯度的研究
STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF ESTERASE ISOZYMES FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF HYBRID PURITY OF THE HYBRID RICE
【摘要】 <正> 杂交水稻的杂种纯度直接关系到杂种优势的表现及其增产效果,早期鉴定杂种纯度显得更为重要。我们在水稻同工酶的遗传研究当中,种子和不同发育阶段的稻株的酯酶同工酶酶谱,都可以用来鉴定杂种的纯度,以此提供了从杂种的胚乳、种子早期预测杂种纯度的有效方法。
【Abstract】 Polyaery lamide gel electrophoresis and starch gel electrophoresis were used in the study of the inheritance of rice isozymes. It was found that there were three zymogram types (E3s,E3F and E3O)of esterase isozymes of nature rice varieties at the anode migration rate of 0.818 and 0.876. The reciprocal crossing of their F1’s fell in regular pattern, namely, dominance phenotypes or codominance phenotype. The difference between the zymograms of maternal plants and those of F1 plants could be used as the measurement of hybrid purity of hybrid rice. A calculated formula was proposed. Also discussed is the reliability of the above-mentioned enzyme system.
