【摘要】 <正> 近代有机杀虫剂的问世,是人类同害虫斗争史上的一个里程碑。但由于不合理的使用和个别品种本质上存在的问题,导致害虫产生抗药性、环境污染、人畜中毒、破坏生态平衡等问题,从而引起了举世的关注。研究工作者们试图从各个途径来解决这些问题,如生物防治、农业技术防治、培育抗虫品种等。但目前在国内外较为广泛研究,并取得重大成果的是从天然产物中寻找生物活性物质,经分离、提纯,测定分子结构后,作为人工合成新农药品种的模板(如拟除虫菊酯、沙蚕毒的衍生物等),已成为当代杀虫剂的

【Abstract】 with an aim to search for botanical insecticides of good environmental quality for the control of rice insect pests, experiments have been carried out on 40 species of botanical iasecticides against the rice yellow stem borer (Scirpo-Phaga incerulas) in South China, Ethyl alcohol extracts of the seed kernals of two species of chinaberry (Melia azedarach and M. toosendan),acetone extracts of the leaves of Rhododendron molle and the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii had very marked systemic action on the newiy-hatched larvae and also some antifeedant effects. Extracts from the root bark of the bitter-tree (Celastrus angulata) had marked systemic properties, too.The unique insecticidal properties of some species of Chinese plants, particularly Meliaceae, which are safe both to the environment and to the natural enemies of insect pests, and their comparability with the agroecosystem emphasize their potential value in the integrated control of rice insect pests.
