关于Cu-Cl-H2O系的平衡研究

【摘要】 本文采用电位—溶解度法测定了 Cu-Cl--H2O 系在25℃条件下当 Cu2+和 Cu+离子同时存在时的络合反应平衡常数,并得出体系中氯离子的活度系数与其浓度间的关系及适用范围。根据同时平衡原理,对 Cu-Cl-H2O 系曲热力学平衡进行了详细的计算和分析,绘制了该体系在25℃下的 E-log[Cl-]图,得出了对铜湿法冶金具有实际意义的结论。

【Abstract】 In this paper the equilibrium constants of complex reactions in the copper-chloride ion-water system at 25℃ have been measured experimentally by the potential-solubility method when Cu2+ ions coexist with Cu+ ions. According to the measured data,the relationship between the activity coeffi- cient and concentration of Cl- ions in the system and its applicable range are deduced.In compliance with the principle of simultaneous equilibrium, thermodynamic calculations and analyses for the copper-chloride ion-water system are made in detail,and the E-Log[Cl-]diagram for this system at 25℃ is plotted.Some conclusions which are useful for the hydrome- tallurgical process of copper are obtained.
