冷冻与厌氧棒状杆菌菌苗对Lewis肺癌免疫治疗的初步观察

【摘要】 本文叙述冷冻外科和厌氧棒状杆菌菌苗治疗 Lewis 肺癌的动物实验。Lewis 肺癌接种于纯系 C57BL/6小鼠。一周后将小鼠分成4组:对照组;单纯菌苗组;单独冷冻组和综合治疗组。初步结果如下:1.生存率:对照组0%;菌苗组77%(P>0.05);冷冻组94%(P<0.01);综合组100%(P<0.01)。显然综合组疗效最佳。2.抑瘤率:对照组0%;菌苗组40%;冷冻组100%;综合组100%。说明冷冻组和综合治疗组疗效最佳。3.病理变化:综合组在原接种处未见肿瘤而肺部病灶可见免疫反应。以上提示,冷冻与菌苗治疗 Lewis 肺癌的动物实验,不但能抑制原发肿瘤还能防止肺部转移。至于是免疫因素还是物理因素,有待于深入探讨。

【Abstract】 This paper described simple vaccine or/with cryosurgery treatment for lung cancer in C 57BL/6 inbred strain mice. After one week they were divided into four groups: Controlled group,vaccine group,cryosurgery group and combined group. The preliminary results are as follow: 1.Survival rate:Controlled group 0%;vaccine group 77%(P>0.05); cryosurgery group 94%(P<0.01);combined group 100%(P<0.01).It is obviously that the combined group is the best one of all. 2.Tumor suppressive rate:Controlled group 0%;vaccine group 40%; cryosurgery group 100%;combined group 100%.That means both cry- osurgery and combined group had a best results. 3.Pathological changes:In the combined group there were marked immunological responses in the metastatic lesion of lungs,but there was no tumor to be found at the site of inoculation. The results of the study suggested that cryosurgery combined with vaccine therapy can not only suppress the primary lesion but also pre- vent the metastasis of the lungs.However further investigation should be to carry on to prove whether it is a physical factor or immunologi- cal one.
