青霉素摇瓶发酵溶氧浓度的监测

【摘要】 摇瓶培养被广泛用于新抗生素菌种的筛选和选育以及培养条件的确定。但摇瓶试验所得结果有时不能在发酵罐上重复。我们设计和制造了一种简单而实用,能装在750毫升摇瓶侧管内的测氧电极。并用它来测定了不同接种量、培养基和装量下的青霉素发酵时的溶氧变化。

【Abstract】 Shaking flask culture is being widely used for the evaluation of a new antibiotic producing strain in screening programme or to ascertain the culture condition of a certain microorganism. However, results gained from the shaking flask culture sometimes could not be reproduced in fermenter. We succeeded in devising and elaborating a new simple dissolved oxygen probe which can beinserted inside the side tube of a 750ml specially designed shaking flask, thus enables us the monitoring of dissolved oxygen tension during fermentation. The changes of dissolved oxygen tension in penicillin fermentation under different amounts of inoculum, various kind of media and charged volume have been monitored.
