桃花芽分化观察
SOME OBSERVATIONS ON THE FLOWER BUD DIFFERENTIATION OF PEACHES GROWING IN HANGZHOU ZHEJIANG
【摘要】 1962—1963年和1978—1979年在杭州浙江衣大果园分别对玉露、五云、小林和白凤四品种花芽分化进行观察,结果表明:桃品种花芽分化期依品种和年份的不同而异。最早出现在6月下旬,迟的在8月上旬,开始分化高峰期集中于7月下旬到8月中旬,至9月底花器各部分原始体几乎均已形成。不同类型枝条以及同一枝条不同部位分化进度不一。短枝分化比长枝早,长枝中下部的芽分化比上部早。而且分化各阶段持续时间各异。10月份以后,花芽转入性细胞的分化和发育。从花粉母细胞出现至花粉粒形成约经3个月,但胚珠形成期仅20多天。
【Abstract】 According to the observations of flower-bud differentiation of four peach varieties growing in the orchard of Zhejiang Agricultural University, Hang-zhou from 1962-1963 and 1978-1979, some conclusions can be obtained as follows.The time of initiation of flower-bud formation of peach was found to be varied to a considerable degree between different years and different varieties.The earliest differentiation was observed in late June and the latest in early August, but the majority of the flower buds were formed in late July to middle August.Considerable differences in the time of differentiation were found between different types of shoots and even different parts of the same shoot. The time of flower buds differentiation of fruit spurs was usually earlier than that of the long shoots, and that of the lower part of a long shoot was about several days earlier than that of the upper part. In late September nearly all parts of flower bud primodia were formed. The length required for the differentiation of each part of a flower organ was different.After October, there were some indications of differentiation and -development of sex cell organs. It took about 3 months from the appearence of pollen mother cells to the formation of pollen grains. But the whole period of ovule formation was only more than 20 days.
