【摘要】 <正> 胸膜间皮瘤少见,近年我科手术治疗5例,现报告如下。例1 女,28岁,纱厂工人。二年前右胸痛,伴低热,经多次X线检查,先后诊断为球型肺炎,肺结核球,但治疗无效。胸痛加重,再次摄片示右下肺球块比前略增,边缘光整,密度均匀,无毛刺,亦无向心性凹陷,周围肺野清晰,无卫星病灶。体检无异常发现。手术见右下肺叶背段肿物,界清,直径2cm,肺门淋巴结不肿大,作右下肺更多还原

【Abstract】 Five cases (3 males and 2 females) of pleural mesotheiioma are reported. Ages on admission are 23 to 48 years with an average of 33 years. Two cases of diffuse lesions are treated by biopsy only, and 3 cases of localized lesions by complete excisions (including two lobectomies). Pathologic diagnoses show benign epithelial type of mesothelioma in 1 case, epithelial type of mesothelial sarcoma in 1 case and mixed type mesothelial sarcoma in 3 cases.更多还原
