在静液压力作用下相交球壳与有加强圆形切口球壳的应力分析
THE STRESS ANALYSIS OF INTERSECTED SPHERICAL SHELLS AND SPHERICAL SHELLS WITH REINFORCED CIRCULAR-HOLES UNDER HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE
【摘要】 本文给出了在静液压力作用下,相交球壳与有加强圆形切口球壳的应力计算方法。 对于相交球壳的应力计算,从球面扁壳方程出发,利用Thomson函数求得了球面扁壳方程的解,借助Thomson函数的多项式逼近式,给出了数值计算结果。 对于有孔球壳的应力计算,基于挠度函数ω=ω_o~β(-2)的近似简化假定,导出了球面扁壳方程的解。然后,再利用连接条件和球壳的变分方程式,确定解中的待定常数。与现有理论值及试验值的比较,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 The stress calculation method is presented for intersected spherical shells and spherical shells with reinforced circular-holes under hydrostatic pressure in this paper.The solution to the equation of shallow spherical shell is firstly acquired using Thomson’s function, and then numerical calculation results are obtained by means of approximate polynomial expression for Thomson’s function.For spherical shells with holes, the solution to the equation of shallow-spherical shell is acquired, based on simplified approximate assumption of thedeflection function-w=w0β-2. Further the constants to be determined areobtained with the help of compatibility conditions and variational equations of spherical shell. By comparision with theoretical and experimental results, the present solution is accurate and reliable.
