【Abstract】 60 unrelated Chinese patients with psoriasis were studied (60 vulgaris Psoriasis and 10 arthritis Psoriasis). The control group consisted of 100 unrelated persons.This paper has demonstrated that HLA-Al, HIA-B13 and HLA-B17 antigen frequency in the patients with vulgaris Psoriasis was markedly increased. The patients with vulgaris Psoriasis were in association with HLA-Al/HLA-B17 Haplotype.The family members with dominant Psoriasis over 3 generations showed that HLA-al/HLA-B17 haplotype is predisposing to vulgaris Psoriasis.HLA-Al and HLA-B27 antigens frequency in the patints with arthritis Psoriasis was markedly increased. The patients with arthritis Psoriasis were in associatin with HLA-Al/HLA-B27 haplotype.更多还原
